 Cara is our in house Occupational Psychologist who is focused on
providing bespoke solutions in the areas of recruitment and selection
and people development. She is currently responsible for the delivery

 Ildiko is based in Hungary and manages our RPO services throughout
the CEE. Ildiko is a highly experienced and professional recruiter of
over 5 years across many industries and specialisms. Her career has

 Martin is responsible for the management and co-ordination of RPO
provision as delivered by a dedicated Account Team of HR Consultants
and Administrators. He also oversees many of our HR Consultancy
projects. He has over 16 years experience in Human Resources within the
public sector. His areas of specialisms include HR Management, Learning
and Development, designing Policies and Procedures and co-coordinating
business improvement initiatives.
