Context
Cisco
was looking for a recruitment and selection service provider to deliver
recruitment and selection services across Central Eastern European and
Baltic countries, as well as a contract for Russia and the Commonwealth
of Independent States.
Solution
The Grafton ESP team includes: Recruiters; Researchers/Head Hunters; and on-boarders (who provide induction to new employees). The onsite recruitment teams manage permanent recruitment activity in Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Slovakia and Turkey.
The recruiters are responsible for networking and using the Grafton ESP brand, coupled with their knowledge and experience, to source appropriate candidates for various roles.
Grafton ESP personnel co-ordinate all interviews and assessments, and negotiate and finalise all salaries and contracts prior to commencement of employment. An extension of this service is provided by on-boarders. Their role is to provide initial induction, ensuring that new employees have everything they require, such as computers and passwords. This reduces Cisco’s time commitments with new recruits.
