Context

When the First Trust Bank decided to implement a fast track management development programme, Grafton ESP was contracted to design and deliver a development centre for this purpose.   

Solution

Grafton ESP undertook a re-definition of competencies; trained the assessors; and designed, managed and co-ordinated the development centre.  Grafton also provided key personnel to ensure the smooth running of each assessment day, including a Development Centre Manager, Administration Staff and a number of Assessors.
