Context

Since 2004, Grafton ESP has worked on a number of recruitment and selection projects for the Northern Ireland Prison Service (NIPS).  These campaigns have attracted large volumes and specialist applications from candidates.

Solution

Grafton ESP has developed and implemented a number of assessment centres and a Management Development Programme.  For some roles, Grafton ESP has also completed job analyses to determine an appropriate job description and specification.  The roles for the assessment centres varied from large volume to specialist.  Grafton ESP designed bespoke exercises which were then trialled and finalised.
