Emma is a seasoned HR professional with over 14 years experience spanning both generalist and specialist areas. As a director on the international board of The Grafton Employment Group she has been instrumental in the corporate restructure and the creation of the Grafton ESP brand. She also acts as the Director of HR Services with responsibility for internal HR throughout the entire Grafton Employment Group. A consummate business woman she also has a keen interest in resourcing, staffing and is a champion for Recruitment Process Outsoucing (RPO).

Cara is our in house Occupational Psychologist who is focused on providing bespoke solutions in the areas of recruitment and selection and people development. She is currently responsible for the delivery of comprehensive consultancy services to private and public sector clients including the design, development and delivery of robust selection methodologies.

Martin is responsible for the management and co-ordination of RPO provision as delivered by a dedicated Account Team of HR Consultants and Administrators. He also oversees many of our HR Consultancy projects. He has over 16 years experience in Human Resources within the public sector. His areas of specialisms include HR Management, Learning and Development, designing Policies and Procedures and co-coordinating business improvement initiatives.

Sharon manages the team that delivers a large public sector RPO. She has significant experience in recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, employment law and generalist human resource assignments.
In addition to the people above there are dedicated teams that provide the necessary support to make our programmes successful. They include: on site recruiters, on site coordinators, HR Consultants and HR Administrators.
